Information The Sanyo Digital Camera

Sanyo offers a wide range of digital cameras.

An innovative camera maker since 1996, Sanyo introduced the term "dual camera" in 2009 to describe its newest line of high-definition camcorders that also take digital still photos. The company continues to offer many affordable point-and-shoot options.

Dual Cameras

All three Sanyo dual cameras shoot high-definition video at 1920 x 1080 resolution and come in two types. The CG102 and CG20 are pistol-grip camcorders, and the GH2 has a horizontal profile. All three have a 5x optical zoom lens, and their suggested retail prices are less than $230, as of December 2010.

Still Camera Line

As of December 2010, Sanyo offers 15 point-and-shoot digital cameras that come in a variety of colors, are easy to operate, and offer up to 10-megapixal resolution. Sanyo's Touch Sensor release button helps speed up shutter time lag in its point-and-shoot cameras, which have a wide range of features, depending on the model.
