Attach The E1 Hand Strap To A Canon 5d Camera

Canon 5D Digital SLR camera

The Canon 5D camera is a full-frame digital single-lens reflex (SLR) camera that many professionals use with large, heavy professional lenses. The E-1 hand strap can be a great accessory to have when using those lenses as it can help to balance out the grip on the camera and make shooting easier. For some cameras like the Canon 5D camera, a battery grip is required to use the Canon E-1 hand strap.

Instructions

1. Loop the top of the strap through the camera strap hook on the top of the camera near the LCD info panel. Make sure the camera strap is attached to the hook and is placed next to the LCD when moving the E-1 strap through the loop.

2. Insert the bottom of the Canon E-1 hand strap through the loop at the bottom of the camera hand grip on the battery grip.

3. Push both the top and bottom of the Canon E-1 hand strap through the leather grip.

4. Loop the top strap through the plastic locking strap hook that came with the camera hand strap. Push the bottom strap through the same plastic locking strap hook. This locks the Canon E-1 hand strap together so that it will not loosen when being used.
