Customizing your very own Etnies shoes is easy.
Etnies is an American footwear manufacturer with a specialty in skateboarding shoes. It is popular with sports fans and people who have an eye for detail and comfort. This much sought-after brand now has a website feature wherein you can customize your Etnies shoes to your preferences. This is great news for people who want to show their creativity and have a role in designing their own shoes. Creating your very own Etnies shoes is quick and easy.
Instructions
1. Go to the Etnies website at etnies.com/shop/custom/. The screen will show different kinds of mens, girls and kids shoe styles that you can customize. Place your cursor over the style of your choice. Before clicking, a pop-up will appear and you will be given two options: Start From Scratch or Customize This Color. Click on Start From Scratch. A new screen will display your chosen shoe, which you can then begin to customize.
2. Scan the toolbox marked with Color Your Shoes on the right side of your screen. This box will present you with different color options for different parts of your shoe. Click on any of the parts that you would like to color, such as the side panel, sidewall stripe, eyelets, footbed logo, toe caps, laces, inner lining, tongue logo and heel logo. You will have many colors to choose from. For the side panel, there will also be a few selections of patterns to choose from, such as polka dots, flowers and abstract prints. The shoe displayed on the screen will change according to your design. Take your time as you mix and match your shoe design to your liking.
3. Click on the Name Your Shoe tab. You will now have the option to name your shoes. The name you choose will be embroidered in small block letters on the side panel of your shoes near the back. The total character limit for the name is only seven letters. You will also have many colors to choose from for your name. After naming your shoe, click on your gender and shoe size and the quantity of your order.
4. Click on the Buy Your Shoes tab. This will show the details of your shoe design and price. Review it carefully before clicking Add to Cart, which will confirm your order. Print or save the details of your order for future reference.
