Know When The Jabra Sp5050 Is Charged

The Jabra SP5050 is a cell phone speakerphone you can install in your vehicle so that you can speak on your cell phone while driving, without having to hold the handset. The speakerphone's power comes from an internal rechargeable battery. Before using the SP5050 you need to fully charge the battery, and then recharge it regularly. The SP5050's design has an indicator light system so that you know when it is charged.

Instructions

1. Plug the square end of the car power adapter into the power jack on the right side of the Jabra SP5050.

2. Connect the opposite end of the car power adapter to a 12V jack in your vehicle. The 12V jacks are often referred to as cigarette lighters. Check that the indicator light on the top of the Jabra SP5050 turns on. If it does not, you may have to insert your car key in the ignition and turn it to "ACC."

3. Observe the indicator light on the Jabra SP5050. When it turns from red to green, the speakerphone is fully charged. You can keep the power cord plugged into the speakerphone or you can unplug it.
