Adding a Dolby Pro Logic receiver to an HDTV will enhance the sound quality coming from the television and will allow viewers to experience programs with greater realism. With the addition of surround sound speakers, a Dolby Pro Logic receiver can enhance the sound quality even further.
Instructions
1. Remove the Dolby Pro Logic receiver and all of its components from the original packaging. Plug the attached power cord into an available wall socket near where the system will be placed.
2. Connect the included red and white audio wires to the television by putting one end of each into the back of the Dolby Pro Logic receiver and the other ends of the cables into the "Audio Input" jacks on the back of the HDTV. Be sure that the red wires go into the red ports and that the white wires go into the white ports.
3. Turn on the receiver and press the "TV/Aux" button on the front of the receiver to indicate that you would like the sound from the HDTV to play through the receiver. Turn the television on to experience the sound through the receiver.
