Send Pictures With An Iphone 3g

With the introduction of iPhone OS 3.0 and the iPhone 3G, Apple finally brought a much-requested feature to the iPhone: the ability to send picture messages. The iPhone has always had the ability to email photos, but now the iPhone has even more ways to quickly share those great pictures.

Instructions

1. Open the "Camera" application on the iPhone 3G's home screen.

2. Take the photo.

3. Select the picture's thumbnail image that appears in the bottom right corner of the Camera application. This will bring up the picture full-screen. You also can bring up the picture by exiting the Camera application and opening the Photos application.

4. Select the "Forwarding" button in the bottom-right corner of the photo view. The icon looks like an arrow leaving a rectangular box. This will bring up the available options for the picture.

5. Decide which method to use to send the picture. You can select "Email Photo," which will bring you to the Compose Mail view with the picture in the body of the email. Selecting "MMS" will send the picture to a friend's phone via text message. Fill in the contact details and select "Send" to send your picture. If you have a MobileMe account, you can upload the picture to your online photo gallery.
