Print Pictures Off The Computer From A Vivitar Camera

Once downloaded to a computer, pictures from a Vivtar camera can be printed immediately.

Part of the joy of taking pictures is being able to share them with friends and family. To share, you need a way to print your pictures. Depending on which Vivitar digital camera you have, you will either need to download your images to a computer to print or connect your camera directly to a Pictbridge-compatible printer. Either way, the process should only take you a few minutes to complete.

Instructions

Download and Print

1. Turn off the camera.

2. Use the USB cable to connect the camera to a computer that's connected to a printer. The small end of the cable goes into the camera's port; the large end connects to the computer's USB port.

3. Turn on the camera. Wait for the computer to recognize the camera.

4. Use the dialog box that opens to download photos onto the computer's hard drive.

5. Navigate to the folder containing the photo you want to print. Double click on that photo to open it. From the "File" menu select "Print." Alternatively, right-click on the photo you want to print and choose "Print" from the list of options.

6. Follow the on-screen instructions to print.
