Work A Motorola Bluetooth Earbud H700

A bluetooth headset is a small electronic device that is used in conjunction with a cellphone to enable hands-free talking and listening while the phone is in a pocket, in a purse, or clipped to a waistband. A bluetooth headset is useful for people on-the-go who typically spend a lot of time using a cell phone. Motorola headsets have useful features that will adequately serve most users' needs and desires.

Instructions

1. Charge the bluetooth headset before it is used for the first time. Connect the headset to the charger cable and connect the charger to a wall socket. The light on the top of the headset will glow red while the headset is charging. The light will turn green once the headset is completely charged.

2. Pair the headset and cellphone to each other so that the two devices recognize each other and will work together. Fold open the "boom" of the headset. Wait for the light to show a purple color. The purple color is the pairing mode indicator.

3. Enable the cellphone's bluetooth feature by turning it from off to on. Once the "hands-free" option is selected, the cellphone should attempt to locate bluetooth devices that are within its range for pairing. When the cellphone locates the Motorola H700, select the "yes" option to pair the devices. Next, the cellphone will request a passkey. Enter "0000." This should complete the pairing operation.

4. Test the pairing connection by putting the loop of the headset on your ear and and placing a call with the cellphone. The headset should emit the ringing of the cellphone as the call is placed. The initial pairing of the devices is only necessary once. Each time the cell phone is turned off and then turned back on it will only be necessary to reconnect the two devices.

5. Enable the voice recognition capabilities on the cell phone, if necessary, to make a call with the headset. Once this has been completed, place the headset in position on your ear with the boom pointed down toward the mouth. Lightly press the call button and clearly say the name of the person you want to call. The call should be connected and it can be carried out over the headset. To end a call with the headset, press the call button again one time. To answer an incoming call with the headset, press the call button on the headset one time.
