Change the Language of Web Pages


Most Internet browsers have many options you can choose from to customize the browser to suit your preferences. If you would like to view a web page in a different language, it is easy to do so by changing your browser settings. You can choose from many languages to change a web page to if you use the Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer browsers.


Instructions








Mozilla Firefox


1. Select "Tools" from the toolbar at the top of the page and click "Options" from the menu that drops down.


2. Select "Choose" under the Languages section. You can add and select different languages to display a web page here.


3. Select a language from the list. If you want a language that is not on the list, click "Select a Language."








4. Scroll through the list of languages, select one, click "OK" to apply the changes and exit "Tools."


Internet Explorer


5. Select "Tools" from the toolbar and click "Internet Options" in the drop-down menu.


6. Click the "General" tab and select "Languages" under the "Appearances" section.


7. Select a language from the list. If you do not see the language you want to use, click "Add."


8. Scroll through the list of languages in the box that opens. Select the one you want to add and click "OK."


9. Select the language in the "Language Preference" box and click "OK." Click "OK" again for the change to take effect and to exit "Internet Options."
