Solar Charger Instructions For A Battery

If you want to reduce your carbon footprint, a good way is to power your personal electronic devices with green technology such as solar battery chargers. Available in a variety of makes and models, solar chargers can charge everything from your iPod battery to your smart phone. The best part is that you don't need to know much about electronics to use them. You just need to consider climate and location to provide for sufficient sunshine.

Instructions

1. Place your charging unit in an unobstructed area so the panel portion of the charger has ample light.

2. Plug your particular electronic device into the adapter on your charger. Verify that the green LED light on the charging unit is flashing, indicating the electrical device is charging.

3. Wait until the green LED light stops flashing and the red LED light flashes instead. This will inform you that the device has finished charging and you can remove the electronic device from the adapter.
