Use Clocks On An Iphone

One feature with multiple uses on the iPhone is the clocks feature. You can set the time, of course, but you can also find the time for anywhere in the world, time yourself and set multiple alarms. Use all of the clock features on your iPhone for maximum enjoyment of your new gadget.

Instructions

1. Look at your iPhone main menu. You will see a small clock icon. Click on it. On the next screen, you will see 4 buttons at the bottom, from right to left--timer, stopwatch, alarms and world clocks.

2. Press the timer button. This timer counts backwards. For example, if you need to go somewhere in exactly 30 minutes, set the timer for 30 minutes, and it will beep when it is time for you to go.

3. Click on the stopwatch feature. Use this feature by pressing "Start" and beginning the activity. Press "Stop" when you are finished.

4. Select the alarm feature. You can set multiple alarms with this feature.

5. Set your alarm while on the alarm screen by pressing the "plus" button located at the top right of the screen. Now set the hour and minutes for each alarm and choose a sound for the alarm to make.

6. Choose "back" located at the top left of the alarm set screen to return to the main alarm screen. Notice that next to each alarm, it says "on" or "off." Make sure you set the "on" if you want the alarm to go off for that time.

7. Take a look at world clocks. On this screen, you can see the times for major cities around the world. Scroll to a city you'd like to check and see what time it is there.
