Record A First Alert Sd Memory Card

The First Alert is a wireless security camera unit. The First Alert's receiver unit features an SD card slot for storage video streams from the wireless camera. You can also monitor the camera's video feed on a TV while the camera is recording. But before you can start recording to your First Alert's SD memory card, you first need to do some prep work.

Instructions

2. Insert your SD card into the card slot on the front of the First Alert receiver unit. Power on the receiver unit and TV. Press the "Input" button your TV's remote control until you reach the TV's "A/V" input.

3. Navigate the onscreen option with the receiver's remote control, aiming the remote control at the receiver. Select the "Camera Setup" option in the menu. Use the directional keypad on the remote control to navigate the menu.

4. Select the "Pairing" option in the "Camera Setup" menu. Select the first camera in the "Pairing" menu and then press the "Pairing" button on the camera's power cable.

5. Press the "Record" button on the receiver's remote control to begin recording to your SD card.
