Secure Digital (SD) is a flash card format used by many types of devices, including digital photo cameras and digital video cameras. Digital video cameras use SD cards to store each captured video for later retrieval. Each SD card features a "class" rating, with higher classes representing faster cards. You can transfer the video files from the SD flash card to a computer by using a card reader installed in the computer.
Instructions
1. Insert the SD card into a card reader installed on or connected to the computer.
2. Click "Computer."
3. Double-click the drive letter representing the SD card. This is typically the "E:" drive.
4. Select the video files, then press the "Ctrl" and "C" keys simultaneously to queue them for copying.
5. Navigate to the location on the computer for the videos to be transferred to by clicking in the left column. For example, click the "Videos" library folder.
6. Press "Ctrl" and "V" simultaneously to transfer the video files to the computer.
