Wildview Camera Specifications

Wildview cameras help users track animals.

EZ Cam Series


Wildview EZ Cam cameras are preset at a resolution of 1.3 megapixels with a flash set to automatic. This model has a passive infrared detection angle of 48 degrees and an effective viewing angle of 52 degrees. Focusing has a range of 5 feet to infinity and the flash has a range of 30 feet. This camera has auto white balance, auto expose and a 4-digit LCD image counter. The lens is a high-precision, multi-layer glass unit with coating.


Xtreme Series








The Wildview Xtreme series STC-TGL2M camera has a maximum resolution of 2 megapixels and a minimum resolution of 0.3 megapixels. The STC-TGL5M has a maximum resolution of 5 megapixels and a minimum resolution of 1.3 megapixels. The STC-TGL2M features 16MB of built-in memory while the STC-TGL5M is equipped with 32MB of memory. Both cameras have a passive infrared detection angle of 48 degrees. The STC-TGL5M has an effective viewing angle of 50 degrees and the STC-TGL2M has an effective viewing angle of 52 degrees. These cameras use automatic balance and auto expose.








Infrared Xtreme


Wildview Infrared Xtreme cameras produce VGA images with a minimum resolution of 1.3 megapixels and a maximum resolution of 5 megapixels. This model features 32MB of built-in memory and an infrared emitter with a range of 30 feet. The camera has an effective viewing angle of 50 degrees and a passive infrared detection angle of 48 degrees. The Infrared Xtreme has a low battery indicator, auto expose and automatic white balance.


Requirements


Wildview cameras require a computer with a Pentium 4 processor that operates at 2 GHz or faster. This model requires at least 1 GB of RAM while the manufacturer recommends 2 GB of memory. The camera needs 2 GB of available space on the hard drive and a Windows ME, 2000, XP or Vista operating system. This model requires DirectX 9.0 or a more recent version. The graphics processor must be capable of displaying 32-bit color at a minimum resolution of 800 by 600 pixels and have 128 MB of video memory available. All cameras use a USB 1.1 interface.
