Transfer Photos From PC to a SD Card
SD cards are used by smart phones and other portable devices. If you have some photos that are on your computer that you want to be able to view on other devices, you can transfer the photos onto an SD card. Some computers come with a media card reader built in that can read the SD card. For other computers, a USB media card reader can be used to view the SD card on the computer. Once you get the SD card in the computer, you can easily transfer photos to the SD card.
Instructions
1. Look at your computer to see if it has a media card reader on it. Not all desktop and laptop computers have media card readers. Purchase a USB media card reader if there is not one on your computer.
2. Insert the SD card into the media card reader. Open the card using the "My Computer" directory or Windows Explorer.
3. Locate the photos on your computer that you want to transfer.
4. Drag and drop the photo into the SD card window. This will transfer the photos from the PC to the SD card.
5. Remove the SD card once the files have completed transferring.
