Develop A Panoramic Photo

Develop a Panoramic Photo

Try getting a panoramic photo with a digital camera and you'll find it more trouble than its worth. Fortunately, numerous digital programs exist that allow you to develop a panoramic photo by just using an ordinary-sized scenic photograph. Through the digital process of stitching, little pieces of one photo can be assembled into a panoramic photograph in a matter of seconds.

Instructions

Basic panoramic photo programs

1. Download the Windows program Autostitch for one of the fastest and easiest methods of turning an ordinary photo into panoramic length.

2. Upload a photo into Autostitch. It automatically disassembles images and quickly stitches the images together into panoramic quality. Click on the "Edit" feature and "Options" for a chance to make minor changes, as you would on any photo editing software.

3. Try Windows' Live PhotoGallery as an optional program that works the same as Autostitch, yet with an even faster method. Upload a photo, click "Make" at top of the menu and choose "Create panoramic photo" for the program to instantly stitch together the picture for you. Do edits the same way as you would with Autostitch.

4. Keep in mind that Autostitch and Windows Live PhotoGallery aren't free, but have demos to allow you to experiment before deciding to buy.

Creating 360-degree panoramic photos

5. Look into programs that take an ordinary photo and not only make it panoramic, but programs that turn your photos into a 360-degree picture to use online.

6. Give the program Clevr Photo Stitcher a try, even though it's not from Windows and works in tandem with Adobe AIR. Upload your photos the same way here as you would in the Windows programs. This software uses the Clevr Stitcher to create a panoramic photo for you instantly.

7. Use Clevr's quick and easy option of turning your panoramic photo into a 360-degree view. Take advantage of Clevr's additional option of letting you post that 360-degree photo anywhere on the web, including on your blog.

8. Consider optional programs that also use the 360-degree feature, particularly Microsoft's Image Composite Editor. Try this simple and free Microsoft tool to not only share 360-degree images online, but also providing an edit menu to create unique angles to your panoramic pictures.

9. Banish Windows if you don't like its programs and try the unique MagToo Panorama Show software, which allows you to create a 360-degree panorama that pans all the way around on its own. Use only with ironically Microsoft-owned Internet Explorer, since Firefox doesn't support the program.
