Whether you're taking notes during a conference call, adding a few extra called-in items to a shopping list or quickly taking down a name and address on the fly, Blackberry provides you with an easy platform for taking notes while on a call.
Instructions
1. Activate your Blackberry's speakerphone or use a headset while on the call. Keep in mind that if you record a note while on speakerphone, the caller will likely hear every keystroke and that the use of a headset, if available, is the preferred user and call method for note taking while talking.
2. Click your Blackberry's track wheel after the call has started and select "Notes" from the menu options.
3. Type your notes directly to the call log.
4. Save the notes for future viewing through your call log and attach them to the call phone number once the call is complete by selecting "Save" from the "Notes" menu options.
5. View your notes on Blackberry with Device Software 4.1 by selecting the call that your note is attached to within the call log, choosing "View History" from the menu and then "Edit Notes." To view your notes on Blackberry with Device Software 4.0 or earlier, select "Open" while in the call log and then "Edit Notes."
