Organize Apps On An Iphone

The iPhone--manufactured and marketed by Apple Inc.--features a touch-screen graphical user interface that allows you to customize and organize icons appearing on your home screen. Organize the apps on your iPhone by moving the icons to their desired locations. In addition, you can organize the applications and their corresponding icons in groups by placing the icons in folders.

Instructions

1. Press and hold any icon on your iPhone's home screen. After approximately three seconds the icons will start to shake. Remove your finger from the iPhone's screen.

2. Touch the icon you want to move and drag the icon with your finger to the desired located on your iPhone's home screen. Remove your finger from the screen once the icon is in its desired location. Repeat to move multiple icons.

3. Touch the first icon you want to move to a folder and drag the icon on top of the second icon you want to move to a folder. Remove your finger from the iPhone's screen. This automatically creates a new folder that contains both icons. Drag additional icons to this new folder as desired. Repeat to create multiple new folders. You also can move folders to the desired location on the iPhone's screen by touching the folder and dragging it to its intended spot.
