Sony manufactures several varieties of alarm clocks. Often called clock radios, these devices are responsible for getting you up on time, day after day. To avoid sleeping in too late, take the time to learn how your Sony alarm clock works and set it up correctly.
Instructions
Setting the Clock
1. Find the "Clock" button and hold it down.
2. Locate the "Hour" and "Minute" buttons. They might be denoted by a simple "H" and "M."
3. Set the time using the "Hour" and "Minute" buttons, releasing the "Clock" button when correctly set.
Setting the Alarm
4. Find the "Alarm" button and hold it down.
5. Use the "Hour" and "Minute" buttons to set the Alarm time, releasing the "Alarm" button after the time is set.
6. Choose the alarm function by sliding the "Alarm" bar to either "Off," "Buzz" or "Radio."
Operating the Radio
7. Locate the radio tab and slide it to "On."
8. Select the band, either FM or AM, and use the "Tuning" wheel to select a station.
9. Adjust the volume with the "Volume" knob or wheel, whichever is present on your model of Sony alarm clock.
