The Pioneer XR-P770F is a two-channel boom box that features dual cassette tape decks, 25-disc CD changer, AM/FM radio, Dolby surround sound and a remote control. If you have a television set that is equipped with RCA-style output connections for sound, you can conveniently connect your television to the Pioneer XR-P770F stereo system. Connecting your Pioneer XR-P770F to your television may allow for a better listening experience when watching movies and playing video games.
Instructions
1. Turn off your television and examine the rear for the required RCA output jacks needed for the Pioneer XR-P770F. RCA audio sound outputs are round in shape and are color-coded to distinguish the right-channel connection from the left-channel connection. The left-channel RCA plug will be red in color, while the right channel is white.
2. Turn off your Pioneer XR-P770F and examine the rear of the stereo. Locate the red and white RCA jacks on the back of the stereo, labeled "IN." Connect your RCA audio cables to the corresponding RCA jacks located on the back of the stereo.
3. Connect the RCA audio cables to the appropriate sound output RCA jacks located on the back of your television. Refer to your television's documentation on switch the audio from your television's internal speakers to the RCA output jacks.
4. Turn on your Pioneer XR-P770F and press the "MD/CD II" button in order to hear the sound coming from your television. Adjust the volume and sound field options according to your listening taste.
