The Samsung Vibrant features 4G Internet access, social media integration, 16 gigabytes (GB) of data storage and the Android 2.2 mobile operating system. You can transfer your iTunes music library to the phone by connecting the device to the computer as a USB mass storage drive. Once connected, you can copy the iTunes music folder into the phone's music folder on the MicroSD card. You can start the transfer process after only a few minutes of set up.
Instructions
1. Insert the USB data cable into the bottom slot on the phone. Insert the other end of the cable into an open USB port on your computer.
2. Tap the "Home" icon the phone's screen, which contains four white squares clustered together. Tap the "Settings" button, then tap "Applications." Select "USB Settings" and tap "Mass Storage."
3. Click "Start," then click "Control Panel." Open the "Portable Media Devices" application. Double click your phone's USB drive icon. Open the "Music" folder in the window that appears.
4. Click "File" then select "New Window." Browse to and open the "iTunes Media" folder. Click and drag the "Music" sub-folder into the "Music" folder on the Vibrant phone. Your computer begins copying your entire iTunes music library to the phone's MicroSD card.
